Live Through Jesus!
When I first heard it, I got up and read that verse in 10 different English translations. In every case, it is a direct commandment. But even bigger, is the fact that Jesus is not commanding us to use our natural, human faith.

Let’s look today into the message Jesus preached during His ministry on earth. Most people don’t realize He came first and foremost as a preacher. The first sermon after He came back from the wilderness is in Luke 4:18-19:
As believers, we know Jesus came that we might have life and have it more abundantly (John 10:10). We also know that the just shall live by faith (Galatians 3:11).
Take hold of this word, let it get big in your heart and mind: GRACE is far more powerful than sin! It’s more powerful than death.
We are witnesses to things no other generation before us has seen.
Today, I want us to look into the God-given right to choose our own destiny. God will not impose or in any way force Himself on anyone. The devil does. God does not. That’s what is unique about man. God has given every man a free will to choose.
When Jesus spoke in Mark 11:14, “No man eat fruit of thee hereafter for ever,” He turned and walked away. That first step put the tree behind Him. So, that step was the step of faith. Every step after that was walking in faith.
I’ve been hearing in my spirit for some time now, ”Step over the line of faith.” What does that mean? It means I have faith in God, and this situation is now behind me.
Have you ever seen such a mess? Everywhere you look, people are doing one dumb thing after another. The word for it is confusion. Everyone has a different idea, and none of them work.
The panic button is being pushed everywhere you look.... Fear of what’s coming. What’s happening? What’s going to happen to me, my job, my business, my family? What am I going to do? HAVE FAITH IN GOD! Jesus did not say, “Try to have faith in God.” He said, “HAVE FAITH IN GOD”!
