Terri and her husband, George Pearsons, are the Senior Pastors of Eagle Mountain International Church (EMIC) at Kenneth Copeland Ministries (KCM), where they have pastored for 25 years. She also serves as the Chief Visionary Officer of KCM. She helped establish Brother Copeland as a forerunner in television ministry, serving for 13 years as his first producer, developing the Believer’s Voice of Victory (BVOV) television broadcast.
