Romans 12:3 says, “…God hath dealt to every man the measure of faith” (KJV). Every born-again child of God starts out with exactly the same measure of faith. So if you’re saved, you have the very faith of God already inside you! Isn’t that good news?
Furthermore, the Apostle Paul wrote to the church at Thessalonica and said, “Your faith grows exceedingly” (2 Thessalonians 1:3, NKJV).
This means your faith can also grow exceedingly.
So, exactly how did their faith grow?
Thankfully, the Bible tells us. The key to having a faith that is ever increasing, like the Thessalonians, is found in Romans 10:17:
“So faith comes from hearing, that is, hearing the Good News about Christ.”
Apparently, the Thessalonians were spending a lot of time hearing the good news about Christ, and this resulted in ever-increasing faith that changed the world.
You can do the same. As you spend time hearing and hearing the good news, your faith will begin to increase more and more, and this faith will change your world.
Here are some tips to help you increase your faith:
- Study God’s Word and read it aloud every day
- Attend services and events where you can hear the Word of God being preached
- Listen to faith-filled teachings on VICTORY Channel® or via websites, podcasts, products, etc.
- Spend time with other faith-filled believers.
