Have you ever heard the expression, “Garbage in…garbage out”? Computer programmers have used the phrase to explain that the quality of data that’s programmed into a computer is the same quality of results you can expect to come out.
What’s the quality level you’re getting out of your life? Are you pleased? Satisfied? Disappointed? Not feeling quite there?
Ultimately, you are the programmer, or the prophet, of your own life. The prophet Jeremiah said, “[God’s] words were found and I ate them, and [God’s] words became a joy to me and the delight of my heart” (Jeremiah 15:16, NASB). Jeremiah “ate” God’s words; he put them in his mouth by speaking them and wonderful, powerful things happened.
God’s design is that you get to declare the end from the beginning (Isaiah 46:10). And while a lot of people may have downloaded low-quality data into your life by speaking negatively about you, you are the one who gets to decide what your life produces.
So, if you’re wanting more “good stuff” coming out of your life, start with reprogramming your mind by inputting these 25 Powerful Confessions To Speak Over Yourself in five key areas of your life.
